I'm Aaron Atchison — a marketing leader and founder working at the intersection of community health and systems thinking.
I lead marketing, brand, and patient acquisition across 11 health centers at UI Health's Mile Square. I've seen firsthand how hard it is for community health teams to promote events effectively — stretched staff, scattered channels, and events that never reach the people who need them most.

What does Haven cost?

Who is Haven built for?
Haven is designed specifically for community health organizations: FQHCs, community health centers, public health departments, nonprofits offering free health services, school-based health centers, and any organization working to improve health equity. If you run free or low-cost health events for your community, Haven is for you.
How does Haven handle our data and privacy?
Haven uses a secure, multi-tenant architecture where each organization's data is completely separate and protected. Your events, community member information, and organizational details are never shared with other organizations on the platform. We take data privacy seriously—especially in healthcare.
Can we manage events across multiple locations?
Yes. Haven supports multi-site organizations. You can manage events for your main clinic, satellite locations, mobile units, school-based sites, and partner locations—all from one centralized dashboard.
Do community members need to create an account to see events?
No. The public-facing Haven platform is completely open and searchable. Community members can browse events by location, date, event type, or health service without creating an account. It's designed to be as accessible as possible.
When does Haven fully launch?
The Founding Partner Cohort begins in Q2 2026, with broader availability rolling out throughout the year. Early access organizations will have a significant head start in reaching their communities.
Where do Haven’s events come from?
Haven curates community health events from publicly available sources, local health organizations, and partners who submit their listings directly. As the network grows, verified organizers can publish and manage their own listings in real time.
Is Haven officially connected to these organizations?
Haven highlights events from health centers, nonprofits, city agencies, and community organizations across Chicago. Unless a partnership is explicitly noted, Haven is not an official representative of any organization. Event information is sourced from publicly available listings — as organizations join as partners, they gain the ability to manage their own listings directly.
