  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Event Content

As an event organizer, you:

  • Retain ownership of your event content
  • Grant us a license to display and distribute your content through the platform
  • Are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your event information
  • Warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights

Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Pricing is displayed on our website
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Update these terms with notice to users

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Haven's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
