14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New Customers
- First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial subscription
- To request a refund, contact support@havenhub.health within 14 days
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid for first-time subscribers only
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Applies only to the initial subscription payment
Subscription Renewals
Renewal Refunds
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
Service Outages
Extended Downtime
- If our platform experiences unscheduled downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for that billing period
- Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds
- Contact support with details of the outage
Processing Refunds
Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Fees for completed promotional services
- Add-on features or one-time purchases
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Subscriptions older than 14 days (except for extended outages)
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period
- No refund provided for remaining time (except for new customers within 14 days)
Account Closure
- If you close your account, no refund will be issued unless within the 14-day guarantee period
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not set precedent for future refunds.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
