Wouldn't it be nice to wake up feeling more energized, rested, and less stressed? Join us for a 5-week health series designed to help you optimize your health. This series will be facilitated by Marlene Martin, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Registered Nurse.
Over the course of the series, we will explore the following topics:
March 25: How to cultivate appreciation and its impact on your health.
April 1: How to breathe to reduce stress.
April 8: The importance of a morning (mindset) routine.
April 15: Sleep hygiene and how it sets you up for success.
April 22: How to make our healthier habits stick.
Participants are encouraged to attend all five sessions. Registration is required.
