VNA Family & Friends Support Group – Online

Led by a VNA Licensed Clinical Social Worker, this program is completely free of charge and open to any family member or loved one who has been affected by a loved one’s opiate substance
use disorder.
This group will help you:
• Become educated on opioid use disorder and the recovery process
• Learn the importance of self-care and ways to improve personal wellness
• Share your story and hear other’s stories in a safe, comfortable environment
• Learn how to build a support system
• Get connected to VNA Health Care services and community resources
