Organization Information: Organization name, contact person, email address, phone number, and number of health center locations.

Event Information: Event details, descriptions, dates, locations, and images that you post on the platform.

Usage Data: Information about how you use Haven, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform (non-personally identifiable).

Communications: Email correspondence, support tickets, and feedback you provide to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide and maintain the Haven platform
- Create and manage your organization's account
- Display your events to community members
- Send event notifications and platform updates
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve our platform and develop new features
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Haven (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Agreement for using Haven

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Haven.

2. Description of Service

Haven is a platform that connects community members with health events hosted by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community health organizations. The Service includes event posting, discovery, and management tools.

3. Eligibility

To use Haven as an organization, you must:

- Represent a legitimate health organization (FQHC, community health center, or similar)
- Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years of age

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information you post is accurate and truthful
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

When using Haven, you agree to:

Post Accurate Information: All event information must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Respect Others: Do not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful.

Comply with Laws: Your use of Haven must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

No Spam: Do not use Haven to send unsolicited promotional materials or spam.

Protect Intellectual Property: Only post content you own or have permission to use.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

- Use Haven for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, copy, or download content through automated means
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Subscription fees are outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is due on the billing date.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@havenhealth.com to request a refund.

8. Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. We may require payment information to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your chosen subscription plan.

9. Intellectual Property

Haven Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in Haven (including software, design, branding, and content) belong to Haven or our licensors.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on Haven, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Haven is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you post on Haven.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Request account deletion

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any data stored on the platform.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Haven is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Haven harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
